Gabe Reed - Director of Student Ministries/Middle School Pastor

Gabe graduated from Anderson University in 2006 with a degree in Christian Ministries and Business Administration. He's smart, so he got 2 majors for the price of 1. Since 2005, he has been the main youth pastor at the Bridge until the summer of 2009 when we made the split. Because of the things Gabe went through in middle school, his heart is really to reach those kids that would otherwise be lost in the crowd. Nothing energizes him more than to see the middle school students come to an understanding of who God is in their life and begin that journey for him to be able to walk with them through that. When he's not with students, he likes to walk his dog (Sadie) with his awesome and beautiful wife Libby. He also has a passion for Michigan football and the Cubs - so he's depressed a lot because of these teams. Any Michigan fans are always welcome to spend a Saturday with Gabe as he yells at the TV.

Phil Larson - High School Youth Pastor/Web

Phil got married to his beautiful wife Kylee in June of 2007.  After graduating from Anderson University in the spring of 2007, he was unable to escape God's call to ministry.  His hobbies include drumming, writing, trying to sing, snowboarding, and hop scotch.    His roles include hanging with youth, and managing the website and the online presence for The Bridge on such sites as facebook, myspace, youtube, twitter, etc.  Phil currently has a short-term goal of growing his hair out long enough to successfully pull off his first poney-tail and actually prefers salty foods over sweet... weird.

Marcia Ranahan - Video Coordinator

Marcia Ranahan was thrilled to join The Bridge staff in June of 2009, and has been part of the church since October 2006. She is responsible for helping create, shoot, and edit video for the adult services. While she works behind the camera, it is clear from her pictures she enjoys being in front of it as well.  She also is involved in the worship team, experience team, and celebrate recovery ministry, and thoroughly enjoys them all. She is married to her brilliant husband Bill Ranahan and they have the honor of being parents to their toddler, Josiah, who is pretty much the cutest kid ever. Oh, and she's also a New England Patriot's fan, much to Chris Russell's dismay.

Amy Rouse - Children’s Ministry

Amy is a Mom. She taxi's to ballet rehearsal and flute lessons, basketball practice and the orthodontist, she cooks dinner most nights and does lot's of laundry. In and around all these things, she also loves working at the Bridge in the Children's Department. She makes giant iPod's out of cardboard, Play Dough bible characters and late at night she can be found raiding her kids closets for stuffed animals, princess crowns and plastic swords; anything to better illustrate the incredible story of God's loves for kids. Her other job is a studio musician - radio jingles, school choir music, kids musicals, choral anthems as well as an occasional voice over where she's been everyone from a chimney sweep to the Fairy God Mother from Cinderella. Finally and probably most important when it comes to life skills, Amy is a killer Euchre player. Always up for a game and prefers stick the dealer.
